From £5,000 to £19,000 in just one year

By Guy Cohen on Oct 29, 2008
Guy Cohen "My starting bank was £5,000 and it now stands at £19,000 using just 3% of my capital per trade." "To anyone who is finding it a challenge just keep with it because this has to be the most powerful method I have seen in 20 years and probably one of the most simple." Hi Everyone In this blog I'm simply going to paste the email I received yesterday from one of your fellow Flag-Traders, Richie. Like me, Richie is a fussy trader and when he emailed me last week to tell me the trades he'd entered I knew he was going to have yet another great week ... and so it proved! This kind of success is within your grasp. Please seize this opportunity, even if you take your time at first. Read Richie's full email below:

Flag-Trader Proving its Worth Big Time

By Guy Cohen on Oct 23, 2008

Guy Cohen In this bulletin I outline how important it is that you have a facility like Flag-Trader that helps you know when to trade and when not to trade. The patterns are beginning to return - I'm seeing quite a few today even though we're still in earnings season. In the next few days we'll start seeing more good-looking patterns and a greater proportion of them will be neat looking flags. In the meantime, if you need to limit the selections you're seeing on TradeFinder, simply use the filters. I've prepared a video for you here for that. I'm also preparing a video for some of the great patterns we've seen today.

Guy Cohen In this article I'm going to follow up with the great flag patterns made by ALOG and HIG. I'm also going to show you a trade from one of our Flag-Trader students who did well to trade ANF recently, but could have done even better if he'd stuck to the trading plan that I taught you in the CD-ROMs!

Guy Cohen Hi Everyone In this blog-mail I’m going to talk about the state of the market from a Flag-Trader perspective, anecdotes of two friends who made the mistake of not trading like us, a couple of decent looking flags that have shown up despite the current messy market conditions, and a great trade I made a few weeks ago.

Options still pricey … Flags still good

By Guy Cohen on Jul 29, 2008
Guy Cohen Hi Everyone. Just a quick note to say that straddles are looking a bit on the pricey side again this earnings season, so it's a good idea to stick to what we know works nearly all the time … ie just trade the flag patterns long and short as in all the Flag blogs here.
